Situation Clarity Session
$75 / session
For one situation that needs clarity. Includes a 60-minute conversation and three-action email recap.
Situation Brief
$150 / session
For a situation that must be clearly shared with others. Includes a 60-minute conversation, one-page situation summary, and next-step map.
Organization Translation
$250 / hour
Two-hour minimum for teams, agencies, and program leads. Written findings and larger operational reviews are scoped separately.
No retainer or multi-session package is required. The Session and Brief each begin with one 60-minute conversation. Organization work has a two-hour minimum, and larger work receives a separate written scope.
Experience
Built through years of listening inside real systems
My work spans program management, case management, healthcare administration, self-direction support, documentation, workflow improvement, crisis reduction, training, team leadership, writing, and human-centered systems. Across those settings, the recurring work has been the same: understand the person, make the situation clear, and help people move forward without losing what matters.
I hold a Master of Healthcare Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Growth and Development, with a concentration in Psychology and Counseling, from Sojourner-Douglass College.
